Mission Bay Park
Mission Bay Park is the largest aquatic park of its kind in the country. It consists of over 4,600 acres in roughly equal parts land and water. Mission Bay is used by motor and sail boaters, rowers, waterskiers, picnickers, joggers and swimmers. It is also home to many species of birds, fish, and other animals and has a nature reserve at its northern end near Crown Point.
SeaWorld San Diego
SeaWorld San Diego is an animal theme park, oceanarium, outside aquarium, and marine mammal park. In 2017, the park will add five new attractions, including Submarine Quest, a dark ride that takes you through the sea while inside a submarine. There will also be a Zierer Waveswinger themed to a jellyfish, and three other family friendly attractions.
At LEGOLAND California, you’ll find more than 60 rides, shows and attractions including LEGO® Star Wars™ Miniland Model Display, Pirate Reef and LEGO Legends of Chima Water Park presented by Cartoon Network. New this year is the LEGO Star Wars™ Miniland Death Star Model Display and LEGO Heartlake City where guests can meet the five LEGO Friends in person.
